What happens if the handset gets lost?

Your BigPurplePhone SilverFox handset can be located using the "Find My
Phone" feature in the Carer's website.
1. To locate the handset, sign into the Carer's Portal
at manage.bigpurplephone.com and
scroll down to Find My Phone.
2. Click on the 'Find My Phone' menu button and you will
see a map with the location of the handset indicated by a pointer with a Phone symbol.
3. Zoom in using the + sign for a more accurate location and click on the BigPurplePhone icon to get location details which can be copied to the clipboard for sharing.
