How does the SOS button work?
The bright red SOS Emergency Call (1) button is always on the top right of BigPurplePhone screen.

When the SOS Emergency Call (1) button is tapped, a 10 second countdown (2) begins and if not cancelled, an SMS is sent to the Loved One’s Emergency Contact/s such as a Carer, Friend or Family Member with a google map of the phone’s location.
If there is no response after 10 seconds, the user has the option to call 000 (3) and the location of the BigPurplePhone is automatically sent - regardless of the status of the SIM or mobile data.

They can either remove 000 and call someone else or tap on the Emergency information label (3) twice to display then call their Emergency Contact to let them know what happened.
