How can I add/delete an App on a BigPurplePhone?

Adding and deleting Apps is possible from the Carer’s Website or using the "Manage" feature including adding a PIN for security; please refer to the following steps for detailed instructions.

Enable Third party Web Apps
By using the Carer’s Website or Manage button, you can select additional Apps to add to the BigPurplePhone.
1. Scroll down to Web Apps
- Press "Choose" to enter the BigPurplePhone AppShop
3. Click on the 'Switch' icon next to the App you want to add from the following topics: Accessibility, Banking, Email, Entertainment, & Transport, Health & Lifestyle, Shopping, Social Media, Telecommunications, Service App or website for your State or Territory.
An App is 'Selected' if the Switch is Purple - for example in the following picture, Messenger is Selected whereas Facebook and Instagram are not Selected:
Note: BigPurplePhone does not provide support for third party Apps, please refer to the individual providers website for support for these services. For technical reasons some of these are the mobile web version of the service and some are the App.
BigPurplePhone Talk&Text
It is not possible to access other Apps using BigPurplePhone Talk&Text Edition.
