Can I upgrade my BigPurplePhone Talk&Text Edition to the SilverFox Edition?
Yes. We can organise an upgrade remotely. You can pay the difference over the phone with us, and if you have the phone already we can arrange for the upgrade to happen remotely with a quick call with our technician.
Each of our two models, while looking the same, operate differently. Do be aware that to change the phone from a Talk&Text Edition to the SilverFox Edition resets the phone back to new, so it is best to do this before your phone is shipped and you enter Contacts and Photos.
