The BigPurplePhone is more than just a phone and not quite like any other service on the market. We have two models:

BigPurplePhone Talk&Text is just that – talking and texting only, no video calls or internet. All the features listed below are available using a large menu button.

BigPurplePhone SilverFox is a premium service that can be managed remotely by family members or a Carer to allow access to particular settings. It also provides the user such as a child or other Loved Ones, with an additional set of features. These range from listening to a Radio Station or Music, browsing the Internet, sending Emails, and to tried and tested Third Party Web Apps like Facebook, WhatsApp and Uber as well as being able to set Reminders for Annual Events or Medical Appointments.

1. No Fandangle - All Menu Settings are hidden so users don't get "lost" in phone settings (volume is still available).
2. Features are easy to find and use - it has high contrast text and there are big buttons with all features accessed by tapping, no 'swiping'.
3. Phone - calls are made using picture driven contact list or large, high contrast dial pad plus big buttons to call and disconnect.
4. Messages - Texting has never been easier with the option to either speak or type a message with our large high contrast keyboard.
5. It is based on a secure social network – no unwanted or spam calls and SMSs, if you enable the optional Safe Callers List.
6. Brightness Control - large full screen slider to adjust screen brightness.
7. Find my Phone - Locate the phone, see where it is on a map and get the address.
8. Photo - take a photograph using big buttons and just simple taps to zoom in and out.
9. SOS Emergency call button service - this sends an SMS to the Emergency Contacts with a google map showing the phone’s location. After 10 seconds, the user has the option to also call 000 and the location is automatically sent to emergency services- regardless of SIM or mobile data.Speakerphone - easily heard (rated at 88 Decibels, about as loud as a hairdryer).
10. Technical support service – you speak with one of our team members when you call us to assist with your phone.
11. Time and Date - large-size current time and date at top of screen
12. Torch - a large button to turn on and turn off the handset LED to act as a torch.
13. Volume - pop-out menu to set volume and select ring tones.
14. Also, many people pay for an emergency pendant which they never wear. With BigPurplePhone, it's included with the phone.
