Someone is calling me but I can't hear anything. What should I do?

Handset volume control

The handset speaker volume may have been turned down unintentionally or the ring tone may be on mute or set to vibrate.
To turn the ring tone back on -
1.      Increase the volume up by pressing on the top button of the three on the right side of the handset (looking from front of phone), pressing the middle button turns the speaker volume down.
2.     This brings up a menu on the right hand side of the screen
3.     Select the icon with the bell – this is the ring tone control and can be changed to Mute or Vibration

Pressing the top button increases the Volume (+)


Pressing the middle button decreases the Volume (-)


Pressing lowest button will turn the screen On or Off
