Q: My BigPurplePhone is talking to me, how do I turn it off?
A: Under your SilverFox's Phone settings you need to turn off BigPurpleTalk.
You will find these settings under your Manage button, or in your Carer's Website.
BigPurpleTalk is disabled when the toggle is grey.
