Occasionally, the phone comes with this setting enabled from our manufacturer.
To disable the "vibrate first, then ring gradually" setting:
Tap on the button on the right hand side of the phone it will open the Volume Settings >
Tap on the three dots at the bottom of the fly-out menu >
Settings >
Vibration and Haptics >
Scroll down to "Vibrate first, then ring gradually" and move the toggle left, to off (it will turn grey).
This will disable this feature.
On Motorola phones, tap on Wifi and then tap on the magnifying glass at the top. Type in "Sound". You will see Sound and Vibration.
Tap on Sound and Vibration. Scroll down and turn off Vibrate First, then ring gradually.
