How to extend your ring time for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone.

My BigPurplePhone is not ringing for long enough

Extend the ring time on Telstra mobile.

  1. On your BigPurplePhone clicking into the phone button then the dial pad like you are going to make a call. 
  2. Using the dial pad, dial the following sequence: **61*101** (and then the number of seconds you would like your phone to ring for: 15,20,25, or 30)
  3. Tap #
  4. Then press the call icon

    Example: To extend the ring time to 30 seconds, dial: **61*101**30# then press the call Icon.

    A message will pop up to let you know that the code is successful.





Extend the ring time on Optus Mobile.

  1. On your BigPurplePhone clicking into the phone button then the dial pad like you are going to make a call. 
  2. Using the dial pad, dial the following sequence: **61*321** (and then the number of seconds you would like your phone to ring for: 15,20,25, or 30)
  3. Tap #
  4. Then press the call icon

    Example: To extend the ring time to 30 seconds, dial: **61*321**30# then press the call Icon.

    A message will pop up to let you know that the code is successful.





Extend the ring time on Vodafone mobile


  1. On your BigPurplePhone clicking into the phone button then the dial pad like you are going to make a call. 
  2. Using the dial pad, dial the following sequence: **61*11** (and then the number of seconds you would like your phone to ring for: 15,20,25, or 30)
  3. Tap #
  4. Then press the call icon

    Example: To extend the ring time to 30 seconds, dial: **61*11**30# then press the call Icon.

    A message will pop up to let you know that the code is successful.
