If I order today when will my phone ship?

If you purchase a BigPurplePhone we usually ship next business day. We use Express Post for delivery which usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive. You will receive an email with  a tracking number when we ship your phone.

If you choose a BigPurpleSIM, you will receive a form to set up your mobile number and ID. Once you have completed the form we ship next business day, and delivery is usually next day (using the Express Post network).
