I received a pink notification saying that I have Slow Connection. What do I do?
If you
receive the pink Slow Connection notification, it means that your Big Purple
Phone does not have any or enough internet connectivity to do all it needs to
do. You can still make phone calls and you can send and receive text messages,
but some of the other features such as video calls or radio may be limited.

You
will notice that the home screen shows WiFi, Bluetooth and Mobile data menu buttons
while you are offline to allow you to connect
to services to help restore your connectivity.
In this video we are connecting
to WiFi. Once you are connected to the internet again, all your icons will
re-appear and your services will be restored.
