I can get a SIM from a supermarket or other provider for much less, why does BigPurpleSIM cost more?

A BigPurpleSIM plan is very different to other mobile phone plans.

Firstly, there are no lock-in contracts, just pay month-by-month, as you go.

Other providers sell you a SIM and then leave you to fend for yourself with their App and mediocre service. This is not suitable at all for vulnerable people. When you purchase a SIM through us, we activate the SIM and even insert the SIM for you. If you have a phone number you wish to keep, we can arrange to swap the number over to your BigPurplePhone.

We have a 'Help' button on every phone which calls our call centre where we provide technical support. If you choose our SIM then we can also support you with your mobile phone plan and billing without confusing ID verification each time you call, because your phone is already on our system.
