When the Safe Callers List is enabled, only the Contacts that are saved to the BigPurplePhone can call your phone.

When you receive your BigPurplePhone and add in your Contacts, add in all the people that you think will want to call your Loved One: family, friends, the doctor, dentist etc. If a person is not on that list then they cannot call the bigPurplePhone.

Callers that attempt to call the phone and are not on the list are blocked in the same way Telstra stops blocked numbers from getting through (the caller hears the default Telstra MessageBank message but this is not passed on to the user).
