How do I enable or disable Voicemail?

If you have your own SIM then you will need to contact your Carrier.

BigPurplePhone Talk&Text with BigPurpleSIM

If you have a BigPurpleSIM in a BigPurplePhone Talk&Text, contact us on 02 8660 1390 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm AEST to enable or disable Voicemail. Please note that this may take up to 12 business hours to effect.

BigPurplePhone SilverFox with BigPurpleSIM

For a BigPurpleSIM in a BigPurplePhone, you can  control voicemail directly using the Carer's website at admin.bigpurplephone.com
Go to Phone > Settings > Voicemail and you can  toggle voicemail On or Off, see below.
Note that altering this setting can take up to 24 hours to take effect since the request is sent to Telstra.
