Don't want the Safe Callers List?

When you first activate your
phone, you can enable or disable the Safe Callers List. If you change your mind, we can
disable it for you and your phone will receive all calls that are made to the
phone. Just email us at
hello@bigpurplephone.com.au and we can arrange that for
you. Please note that this can take up to 12 hours to take effect or on the
next Business Day.

You can enable or disable this feature by either of the
following methods:
If you
are a Carer, sign into the Carer's Portal at
admin.bigpurplephone.com and go
Phone > Settings > Disable Safe Callers List, or
- If
the Manage icon is enabled on your BigPurplePhone,
you can access the phone settings by going Manage > Phone > Settings >
Disable Safe Callers list
Allowing
'All Calls' can be helpful for a period of time to allow an expected call or
SMS such as when receiving a call from a therapist or a code from MyGov. After receiving that call or SMS, the
Safe Callers List can then be enabled again. This can be done an unlimited times
on SilverFox.
