BigPurplePhones do not use the 3G mobile network (which will be closed by the end of 2024) as it is based on 4G mobile networks which provides the widest National coverage.

Although 5G improves internet speeds and reduces call connection times, it has limited coverage and pricing is at a premium, so it is not available on BigPurplePhones.
