Does BigPurplePhone does support Wifi calling?

Yes, the BigPurplePhone does support Wifi calling. Here's how to turn it on in the BigPurplePhone:

1. Start on the BigPurplePhone Home screen and scroll down. If Wi-Fi is already there as a menu icon, please skip to step 3 now. If Wi-Fi is not on the home menu, scroll to the bottom of the menu and select the 'Manage' Settings Icon.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Manage' Settings page to the 'Settings' section, and turn on the 'Wi-Fi' Icon. If the switch turns purple, you know it is on. Once the 'Wi-Fi' icon is on, select 'Home' at the top left of the screen.

3. Scroll to the 'Wi-Fi' Icon on the home menu and select it. It should appear somewhere below the 'Brightness' Icon and above 'Manage'.

4. You should now see a large title 'Internet' at the top of the page. Immediately below this is a triangle symbol next to a mobile network name, that for you should be 'Telstra' (note: this is NOT below the 'Wi-Fi' section). To the right of this entry, should be a small Settings Cog symbol. Select the Settings Cog.

5. Scroll down on the page until you reach the 'Calling' section where 'Wi-Fi Calling' is an option. Immediately under this it should say 'Call over mobile network' in subscript - this is what we are changing. Select 'Wi-Fi Calling'.

6. If 'Use Wi-Fi calling' is currently off, select it to turn it on.

7. Immediately under 'Use Wi-Fi calling', it should now display 'Calling preference' with 'Call over mobile network' in subscript. Select 'Calling Preference'.

8. Select 'Call over Wi-Fi' as the Calling Preference. It is selected if the little circle is coloured in. This selection should navigate you back to the 'Wi-Fi Calling' page.

9. Select the 'backspace arrow' <- at the top left of the screen.

10. This should navigate you to the 'Telstra' page. Select the 'backspace arrow' again <- at the top left of the screen.

11. This should navigate you to the 'Internet' page. Select the 'backspace arrow' once again <- at the top left of the screen.

12. You should now be back inside the BigPurplePhone Home page. 'Wi-Fi calling has now been enabled (🌟Congratulations!🌟). If you like, you can switch the 'Wi-Fi' Icon off in 'Manage' and Wi-Fi Calling will still stay on. This is up to you!
