You can connect a BigPurplePhone to a different devices hotspot, but you can not use the BigPurplePhone to hotspot another device.

To connect a BigPurplePhone to a different devices hotspot you need to first scroll to the Wi-Fi button, this will be towards the bottom of your apps.

Open Wi-Fi, and search for the device you want to connect to. When it is connected, the BigPurplePhone will treat it just like its connected to a regular Wi-Fi network.
