You own the handset outright and if you choose a BigPurplePhone monthly subscription, it is prepaid.

If you choose to stop using the BigPurplePhone service, simply send us an email at hello@bigpurplephone.com.au or call us on 02 9188 6998 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm AEST - we will cancel your account, and return your phone back to a regular Android phone.
